Hello, my name is Sharon Manteit and this is my first post in my new blog for "Integrate Social Web Technologies - Social Media 2" at Victoria University. This is also my first ever blog. I'm looking forward to learning about the different social media platforms and how they are used by libraries to connect with their customers.
